Berjayapak Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Syarikat Perusahaan Berjaya) was established in Malaysia in 1984. The company changed its name five years after its inception.
In 2019, it expanded its business ventures to Vietnam and is registered there under the name Berjayapak Vietnam Co. Ltd. The company’s focus is on the manufacturing of wood-based packaging which ranges from pallets, boxes, crates to custom packaging for export needs.
A homegrown success story, one that’s underlined by sweat, grit and tears and many episodes of ups and downs, Berjayapak clinches the Asia’s Leading SMEs in the ACES Awards 2020.

It is a one-of-a-kind platform which champions resilient, sustainable and responsible business growth in Asia.
Each year, over 300 participants take part in the awards, of which only a handful are selected as winners.
All entries are put through a stringent evaluation process, spanning 6 months, before winners are selected by a panel of esteemed jury members.
2020 saw the participation of over 420 nominees from across Asia, while only one third made it as finalists.
More than just gratuitous backslapping, the ACES was also designed to build a platform for business leaders and their companies to learn, build connections across industries, and exchange ideas on best practices and the ethics of good business building.
